1. What FlopMAX is

FlopMAX is a strategy and training platform for poker and casino games: strategy worked out from solver solutions and exact calculations, and games that grade your decisions against it. It starts with No Limit Hold ’em (NLHE) cash games, blackjack, roulette and craps. It is not a gambling service. No money or anything of value is ever wagered, won or lost: the chips and balances in the games have no value and can't be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and sign in with a Google account that is yours. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Google account secure.

3. Strategy is education, not advice

The ranges, grades, charts and edges are there to teach. They come from solver solutions, models and mathematics, and they can be simplified, incomplete or wrong. FlopMAX makes no promise that using them will win you money anywhere. Whatever you do at a real table is your decision and your responsibility.

4. Using it fairly

Please don't:

• use FlopMAX as real-time help during real-money play where that breaks the rules of the site or venue you're playing at;
• scrape, copy in bulk or resell the site's ranges, charts, articles or other content;
• use bots or scripts to play, sign up or make requests, or try to get around the security checks or any usage limits;
• try to reach other people's accounts or data, or to disrupt or overload the site;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

5. Your content and ours

Ranges you paint are yours. You let FlopMAX store them and show them to you so the site can work. Everything else, including the site, its design, ranges, charts, articles, videos and the FlopMAX name, belongs to FlopMAX or its licensors. You may use it for your own study, not republish it.

Pick a username that isn't offensive and doesn't pretend to be someone else, or FlopMAX may change it.

6. Price

FlopMAX is free during its alpha test. The first public version will offer a paid membership: a free account will have a daily allowance of some features (for example Trainer hands and poker Strategy spots), and the membership will lift it. The price and what it includes will be clear before you pay, and you'll never be charged without choosing to.

7. Changes and availability

FlopMAX is new and still changing: features may be added, changed or removed, and the site may sometimes be down. Daily limits may be set on some features.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using FlopMAX and delete your account at any time from the account page. An account that breaks these terms may be suspended or deleted.

9. No warranty

FlopMAX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FlopMAX isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any money won or lost anywhere, in connection with your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version, and a big change will be noted on the site. Using FlopMAX after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and, where they apply, the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts for Duval County, Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away a protection the law where you live gives you as a consumer and doesn't let you give up.
